Frequently asked questions.

  • Redeeming your drink is quick and easy! Just visit your chosen shop, order as usual, mention you're using Cuppa J, and the barista will scan your unique QR code in the app. The entire process takes no longer than buying a regular cup of coffee.

  • Our app is currently in development and will be launching very soon. Sign up for our mailing list to stay updated on the app and other Cuppa J news.

  • How many drinks you can redeem depends on the plan you select. With both plans, you can redeem up to one drink per day, subject to a maximum of 4 drinks in a month for our Light plan or 31 drinks per month with our Standard plan.

  • At the moment, we offer a maximum of one drink per day, but we're actively working on new plans that will allow for more drinks, including an option designed for sharing. Sign up to our mailing list for updates!

  • Most popular drinks, including a variety of coffees and teas, are available. However, some shops may have exclusions for certain drinks. Be sure to check for any restrictions when browsing shops on our app. Only regular size drinks are included.

  • Cancelling your plan is easy. Payments are made monthly with no long-term commitment. Simply log in to your account and select 'Cancel My Subscription'.

  • Food is not currently included in the plan, but we’re working on upcoming options that will offer discounts on food. Sign up to our mailing list for updates.
