Cuppa J Ltd offers a subscription service, allowing you to receive coffee and other such beverages at partnering coffee shops on a daily basis. You can choose the duration of your subscription, and the locations at which you redeem your coffee. These terms govern your use of the subscription service and all related purchases.
2. Account Registration
To subscribe to our coffee service, you must create an account on the Site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering and to notify us of any changes to your account details.
3. Subscription Plans
We currently offer one subscription plan based on the quantity of daily coffee (e.g., one coffee a day). By subscribing, you agree to redeem coffee at the frequency and in the quantities you choose (limited to one a day), and you agree to pay the associated fees as outlined at the time of purchase.
4. Recurring Payments and Billing
By subscribing to our subscription service, you authorise Cuppa J Ltd to automatically charge your credit or debit card on a recurring basis according to the subscription plan you selected. Payments will be processed at the intervals specified in your plan (e.g., weekly, monthly) until you cancel or modify your subscription.
Payment Methods:
You must provide valid payment information when subscribing. We accept payment by credit or debit card or other methods as outlined on the Site. You agree to ensure that your payment information is accurate and up to date.
Failed Payments:
If we are unable to process your payment due to issues such as insufficient funds or expired payment details, your subscription may be paused or cancelled until the payment issue is resolved. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method remains valid.
5. Subscription Management and Cancellations
You can manage, update, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account on the Site. You may also contact our customer service team for assistance with subscription management.
Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. To avoid being charged for the next month, please ensure that cancellation is completed at least 5 days before the next billing date. If you cancel after the payment for the month has been processed but before you have redeemed any coffee, you may still be charged for that order.
If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to be able to redeem drinks until the end of the current billing cycle, but no further charges will be made after cancellation.
6. Product Availability
While we strive to partner with a variety of coffee shops which offer a wide range of options and maintain sufficient stock for all subscriptions, availability may vary. We do not take responsibility for the stock and service of each partner coffee shop. However, we will continue to work with the coffee shops with the objective of ensuring there is enough capacity for all subscribers.
7. Pricing and Payment
The prices for our coffee subscription plans are as displayed on the Site at the time of purchase. Prices may be subject to change, but any changes to the price of your subscription will only apply to future monthly payments, and you will be notified of such changes before your next billing cycle.
Promotions and Discounts:
Occasionally, we may offer promotional codes or discounts for new customers, existing subscribers, or specific products. These offers are subject to their own terms and may expire at any time. Discounts will be applied at the time of checkout.
8. Quality Guarantee and Returns
Our partners are selected using the criteria outlined on our website. If you’ve had an unsatisfactory experience at one of our partner coffee shops, please get in touch with us. We’ll review the details and ensure the shop continues to meet our criteria. In some cases, we may decide to re-evaluate our partnership.
Due to the nature of our subscription service we do not offer refunds once the month has begun.
9. Health and Safety Disclaimer
Our partner coffee products are for general consumption and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical conditions. Always consult with a healthcare provider before using any products, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions or are sensitive to caffeine. We are not responsible for any adverse effects from consuming the products offered within our subscription.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cuppa J Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or subscription service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages arising from delivery delays, product defects, or issues related to the payment processing system.
